Product Eligibility — HSA/FSA Purchases


Some products offered at Root & Rose Wellness may be eligible for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Eligibility depends on your specific plan and may require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your healthcare provider. Root & Rose Wellness does not guarantee reimbursement and is not responsible for determining HSA/FSA eligibility or for rejected reimbursement claims.


Pricing & Payments


All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We accept major credit cards and may accept HSA/FSA payment cards where supported. If your HSA/FSA card is not accepted at checkout, you may pay with a personal card and submit for reimbursement.

Root & Rose Wellness — Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

At Root & Rose Wellness, we are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency as part of our comprehensive shipping policy.


Processing Time


Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.


Shipping Rates & Times


Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Flat rate $9.99 or free on orders $75+. Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.95 (where available).


Tracking Your Order


You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


International Shipping


At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future — stay tuned!


Lost or Delayed Shipments


Root & Rose Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Return & Refund Policy

At Root & Rose Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority, which is why our return and refund policy is designed to ensure that every product you receive meets our high standards of quality and care. We strive to protect both product integrity and your safety, especially since many of our items are personal care products. 


Eligible Returns


Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). To initiate a return, please email us at  rootandrosewellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 


Non-Returnable Items


Due to the personal nature of the following products, we are unable to accept returns on: 

- Skincare items that have been opened or used 

- Balms, oils, or creams 

- Perineal sprays and sitz bath products 

- Compression garments, belly wraps, or undergarments that have been worn 

- Gift boxes and subscription boxes 


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we will make it right. 


Refunds


Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. 


Exchanges


At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order. 


Final Sale Items
